All Richporter distributors are guaranteed to be free of defective
workmanship or materials for as long as the consumer owns the vehicle it was
originally installed on. Any units failing due to defective workmanship of
materials within this period will be replaced or credited at our
option. This warranty does not include normal wear items i.e.: rotor and caps.
Our new lines of products such as coils, tensioners, mass air flow sensors, crank angle sensors and wires have a guarantee of one year from date of sale with proof of purchase.
Richporter Technology Ltd. is not responsible for any damages caused by or relating to the failure of their products. The sole responsibility under this warranty shall be to repair, replace or credit the defective unit. The company shall not be responsible for labor or transportation charges.
Procedures:
•All returns must be approved in advance by Richporter Technology and a Returned Good Authorization (RGA) number supplied.
•The RGA number must be on the unit being returned
•All returns must be sent prepaid
•After proper testing, if the part is determined to be in working condition, a handing fee may be applicable
All units returned under warranty are tested by our RPT Technical Support and Engineering department. Any units damaged by improper installation or handing or any unit that has been disassembled and/or modified in any way will not be accepted under warranty.
All Richporter Technology Ltd. products are put through a series of quality tests and inspections to ensure they are trouble free before they leave our ISO9001 certified factories. Over 90% of our products returned to us for testing as defective are not.
All units are intended for installation in Manufacturer's Application Guide only. All units installed and/or utilized for any other application or purpose will not be accepted as a warranty item.
